Ides of pelosi

According to Mike Allen of Axios, up and coming democrats are working to dethrone pelosi. They may have finally realized that she is a major liability to the party’s future.

A quote from the article:

“Top Democrats tell me that if they take back the House in November, a restoration of Speaker Nancy Pelosi is no longer guaranteed. In fact, some well-wired House Democrats predict she will be forced aside after the election and replaced by a younger, less divisive Dem.
The big picture: Conor Lamb, 33, won his U.S. House race in Pennsylvania this week after saying he wouldn’t vote for her for leader — a new template for moderates. Pelosi has hung in through the minority, and remains the party’s most consistent fundraiser. As for whether she’ll return as Speaker, she has just said that it’s up to the members. (Her allies note that she has never lost a leadership vote.).

The major roadblock is they don’t have a viable replacement. Steny Hoyer is a possibility but he is 78 so he would not be a long term replacement. The other possibility is Joe Crowley the representative from Queens.

What Happens When we hear from God

Dear Brethren,

What happens when we hear from God? Hearing from God requires a lot of sacrifices which has many benefits that far outweigh the cost. Let us look at what happens when we hear from Him and why it’s important we desire to hear from God;

1 IT BRINGS GROWTH IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD Is there any need for relationship without communication? Before, it is vital to listen and respond to God.

Yes, we know God speaks in multiple ways, but His voice is always very clear to those who are in relationship with Him. God is not just lording over us, God understands our make up. This means that man is a spirit, having a soul and living in a body. The soul of man is made up of his will and emotion. Since God created man with emotions, He knows he (man) deserves to be loved. Therefore, God opens up an avenue for a relationship with man.

For you to be in relationship with God, you must be in one with Jesus. If you’re not in that relationship it means something is missing. It’s impprtant you become a friend to Jesus so you can hear God speak.

John 15:15

From now on I call you not servants; for the servant knows not what his lord does: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you

2 IT HELPS TO MAKE A SOUND DECISION:
When a man hears & listens from God, it helps him make a sound decision not going blind. There are many Brethren who arent sure of their stand in life. They are still confused on the issues of life, not knowing which way to follow. We have all been there before.

Decisions are compulsory in the day to day living of everyone. Not hearing from God could makes it so difficult and so worrisome especially on how to handle certain issues.Sometimes, I hear of believers visiting palm readers to help them see the future, they seems to forget God is the only One that can see what happens in the next 100 years to come. Whenever, I hear such stories of christians jumping from one pole to the other looking for help, I feel so sad.

Steemians, when we hear God’s voice on issues concerning our lives, it makes decision making so easy and stress free. Men may criticize you, it does not matter. You could even get mocked by everyone around, don’t feel sad, but stand firm on it. At the end of the day, people will know you’re operating in a higher level

1Samuel 23:1-5

Then they told David, saying, “Behold, the Philistines are fighting against Keilah and are plundering the threshing floors.”
2 So David inquired of the Lord, saying, “Shall I go and [a]attack these Philistines?” And the Lord said to David, “Go and [b]attack the Philistines and deliver Keilah.”
3 But David’s men said to him, “Behold, we are afraid here in Judah. How much more then if we go to Keilah against the ranks of the Philistines?”
4 Then David inquired of the Lord once more. And the Lord answered him and said, “Arise, go down to Keilah, for I will give the Philistines into your hand.”
5 So David and his men went to Keilah and fought with the Philistines; and he led away their livestock and struck them with a great slaughter. Thus David delivered the inhabitants of Keilah.

3 IT HELPS YOU AVIOD CERTAIN INCIDENCE: I have seen this happen all the time. When you are sensitive to God’s signal, you will be able to avoid certain incidence in your life cause the steps of a righteous man are ordered by the Lord.

Many a time, the Lord has spoken to many not to embark on certain journeys in life and that saved their souls. Do not be a casualty to something you could have avoided if you’d have listened to God. Get closer so that you can hear from Him.

1 Samuel 23:10-13

Then said David, O LORD God of Israel, your servant has certainly heard that Saul seeks to come to Keilah, to destroy the city for my sake.
11 Will the men of Keilah deliver me up into his hand? Will Saul come down, as your servant has heard? O LORD God of Israel, I beseech you, tell your servant. And the LORD said, He will come down.
12 Then said David, will the men of Keilah deliver me and my men into the hand of Saul? And the LORD said, They will deliver you up.
13 Then David and his men, who were about six hundred, arose and departed out to Keilah, and went wherever they could go. And it was told Saul that David was escaped from Keilah; and he decided not to go there.

4 IT MAKES US SMARTER THAN OUR ENEMIES: Jehoshaphat King of Judah and the entire nation were made wiser than their enemies because they heard from the Lord concerning their issues. This can make your enemies wonder how you get your information because you will always outsmart them.

5 IT GIVES PERFECT DIRECTIONS

Hear my testimony:

After, I finished school, I went to my uncle’s house to look for a job. I got one that doesn’t pay so well, but I needed a start so I took up the job while I kept searching for a better offer.

I applied to an oil servicing firm as a secretary and was called for an interview. We were many that had the interview, but I was amongst those selected for the job. The pay was so fantastic, I was happy and couldn’t wait to quit my current job and start up with something better. We were told to get ready and resign from our places of work.

During this period, I was very active in church. I was the HOD of the choir department and also head of a house fellowship close to my uncle’s house, but then, I got another offer to leave that particular town to somewhere else. Giving my role in the church and the oil servicing firm which pays way higher than the second offer, I didn’t want to leave. I was sure God wanted to me stay! Everyone advised me to stay, but the pastor of my church said something to me, he said “Amaka did you talk to God about it?” Of course, he’d want me to stay, but insist I seek God’s opinion.

So, I decided to pray and talk to God about it for one week. On the last day of my prayers, I had a dream, where my elder brother told me not to stay in that town. He said “take his money for transportation and accept the second offer” I woke up and It was a dream. Immediately, I changed my direction and left for the second offer. I was so sure of what I saw in my dream. Remember, the first choice was much better and more comfortable for me, anyone could easily go for the first choice, but I had to follow God’s instruction so I left.

After 3 months into my new job, I decided to call some of the people that we got the first job together. I wanted to know how they were coping with the job and I got the shocker of my life. They told me there was never any job, and that the company folded up before it could even start. This is my eighth year into that second offer that didn’t look pleasant at that time. What if I didn’t seek the face of the God?

When God directs a man, His instructions lead to an accurate direction. Driections from God delivers from destruction; leads to perfect construction of our lives and destiny. God has also promised to instruct us if only we could listen.

Psalm 32:8

I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go: I will guide you with my eye.

6 IT SHOWS WE ARE HIS CHILDREN:My dad gives me instructions on what to do even as an adult. There is nothing that I want to embark on that I don’t seek his guidance and you wanna know why? It’s because his instructions has really worked for me. Every father gives instructions to his children and this is not different between us and God. If we acknowledge God as our Father, we will definitely hear from Him.

7 IT MAKES OUR JOURNEY SWEET: Relationship is sweeter when there is a free flow of communication, when no one is hindered from expressing himself. If God speaks back to you as you speak to Him daily, you will enjoy your walk with Him just like Enoch did and he went to heaven in sweet communication with God.

Ever Heard about Andalucia??

For many people Andalucia is all that they imagine Spain to be. Great climate, sun, sea and beaches, bullfighting, sherry and flamenco. Covering over 33,000 square miles and running the length of mainland Spain’s southern coast it is the largest and most populous of the 17 autonomous regions of Spain. Andalusia is crossed by the Sierra Morena mountain range in the north and in the south by the snowcapped Sierra Nevada. The fertile basin of the Guadalquivir River lies between these mountain ranges. Huelva, Seville, Cadiz, Cordoba, Malaga, Jean, Granada and Almeria, all named for their principal cities, are the eight provinces that make up the region

History – Phoenicians first settled here in the 11th century BC founding several coastal colonies among them Gadir which is now Cadiz. Greeks and Carthaginians came in the 6th century BC. The Romans expelled the Carthaginians in the 3rd century BC and they in turn had their rule ended by the Visigoths in the 5th century AD. 711 saw the Moors cross the Strait of Gibraltar and establish the centre of their western emirate here in Cordoba. The Moorish period was the golden age of Andalusia. Agriculture, leather working, mining, pottery, textiles and trade were all fostered and brought great prosperity. Cordoba, Granada and Seville, embellished by the greatest Moorish monuments in Spain, the Mezquita, the Alcazar and the Alhambra Palace respectively were celebrated as centres of arts, culture and science. It remained under Moorish rule until the 13th century when, with the exception of the Moorish kingdom of Granada, most of it was conquered in by the kings of Castile, who in turn fell to the Catholic kings in 1492. Andalucia declined along with the rest of the country from the 16th century onwards. Although trade with the New World enabled the ports of Seville and Cadiz to continue to flourish. In 1713 Gibraltar was ceded to Britain and in 1833 Andalucia was divided into the present eight provinces. The region was a stronghold of anarchism during the Spanish republic. It, however, fell early to the insurgents in the Spanish civil war. Recurrent demonstrations against Franco were seen across Andalucia during his dictatorship. It became an autonomous region in 1981and elected its first parliament the following year.

The region has some interesting contrasts. The deserts of Almeria in the east are the driest part of the whole country, while Sierra de Grazalema in the southwest, because it exposed to winds of the Atlantic, is the rainiest part of Spain. Both the cities of Cordoba and Seville are notorious for their stifleing heat during the summer months but the peaks of the Sierra Nevada remain snow capped all year round. And contrast the rugged coastline of the Cabo de Gata or the Atlantic coast of Cadiz, both with their comparatively deserted beaches, with the intensely developed area in the province of Malaga. Yes the beaches are still there – you just can’t see them for the tourists.

There is still a strong Moorish influence in the character, customs and language of the people. With its tradition of bull fights, flamenco music and dance it is one of Europe’s most strikingly colourful regions. With the abundance of Moorish architecture and it’s pleasant climate it is easy to see why the growth of tourism has been so strong in recent decades. Agriculturally, barren lands contrast with richly fertile regions where cereals, citrus fruit, grapes, olives and sugar cane are produced. Industries, based generally on local agricultural produce, include flour milling, olive-oil extracting and wine making. Cattle, bulls for the ring, and fine horses are bred. The rich mineral resources, exploited since Phoenician times, include copper, iron, lead and zinc. But despite all this poverty is widespread. Farm labourers are among the poorest in Europe and many unemployed people have migrated to the industrial centres further to the north.

Semana Santa – Easter is Andalucia’s major festival and is celebrated for a full week. It features processions of hooded penitents alongside floats decorated with scenes from the passion travelling through the streets of most cities and large towns. Accommodation can be difficult to find during the week and booking ahead is advised.

Flamenco is believed to have been introduced to Andalucia, it’s home today, in the 15th century by gypsies arriving in the region. It is a combination of music, predominantly the guitar, song and dance and is played at fiestas, in bars and at private parties. Audience participate is very much encouraged.

Almeria – Probably founded by Phoenicians, Almeria flourished from the 13th to the 15th centuries as the outlet of the Moorish kingdom of Granada. In 1489 it fell to the Christians. Today the sunny, mild climate attracts many northern Europeans both as tourists and permanent settlers. The capital, also Almeria, is a busy Mediterranean port. It exports significant amounts of agricultural produce, as well as iron and other minerals mined nearby. The city has refineries, chemical and cement plants, and light industries.

Cadiz – In 1100 BC the Phoenicians founded the port of Gadir, known today as Cadiz, which became a market for silver and tin. Some 600 years later it was taken by the Carthaginians and passed in the 3rd century BC to the Romans. It flourished until the fall of Rome, but suffered from the Visigoths and unlike much of Andalucia declined further under the Moors. Its fortifications were rebuilt following it’s reconquest in 1262 by Alfonso X of Castile. Following the discovery of the New World, Cadiz revived its prosperity, as many ships from America unloaded their cargoes there. Columbus sailed from Cádiz in 1495, his second voyage. Inthe late 16th century both Sir Francis Drake and the earl of Essex led attacks on the fleet anchored there and the city respectivly. When in 1718 a sandbar blocked Seville’s port Cádiz became the centre for New World trade. The city declined after Spain lost its American colonies .Cádiz resisted a two year siege by the French from 1810 to 181212 unti lthe Duke of Wellington’s forces relieved it. Cadiz fell to the Nationalists in the Spanish Civil War. Today the city, which lies at the southern end of the bay of Cadiz, has an abundance of parks promanades and squares. It is chiefly a port exporting wines, notably the local sherry which has a worldwide reputation and other agricultural items and importing coal, foodstuffs and iron. There is a large fishing fleet based here and some shipbuilding on a limited scale takes place. At the northern end of the bay is the US naval base at Rota.

Cordoba lies beside a loop in the river Guadalequiver upstream from Seville. During the time when the Romans ruled Cordoba was the largest city in Spain and enjoyed great prominence during the time of the Moors. They built the Mezquita, the most beuatiful mosque in Spain.

Granada – Originally a Moorish fortress, it became the seat of the kingdom of Granada in 1238. At the hieght of Moorish rule this kingdom encompassed both the nieghbouring province of Malaga and Almeria as well as parts of Cadiz and Jean. During this time the city was recognized as a centre of art, commerce, industry and science. As the christians drove south the city was the stronghold of the Moors in Spain, surrending eventually in 1492. In the 17th century Granada owed it’s exi prominance to the fact that it was a major silk centre. It stands at the confluence of the rivers Darro and Genil. The local surrounding area is given over to agriculture and mineral extraction with Granada acting as the commercial hub for these. The city is a major tourist centre with attractions such as the Alhambra Palace and other notable Moorish buildings. Facing the Alhambra across the Darro river, the Sacromonte hill is honeycombed with gypsy caves. The nearby ski resorts in the Sierra Nevada also bring visitors to the locality. South of Granada lie the valleys of the Alpajarras bounded to the north by the Sierra Nevada and to the south the sierras of Lujar, La Contraviesa and Gador. The area is very picturesque dotted with the traditional whitewashed villages. Fertile soil provides good farming with citrus fruit, bananas and avacadoes amongst the food grown.

The city of Huelva which is the capital of the province of the same name lies on the Odiel river. It is a busy port exporting copper, cork and sulphur. Like most Spanish ports it has it’s fishing fleeet and in addition some oil refining and ship building. It has a limited tourist trade during the summer months. The city is supplied with water via a Roman aquaduct. Columbus planned his voyages at the nearby La Rabida monastery. The Coto de Donana National Park, Europes most important and largest wildlife sanctuary, lies in the delta of the river Guadalquiver. 60,000 acres have been fenced of to provide the perfect habitat for varied speices of wildlife, birds in particular.

Jaen was once the seat of a small Moorish kingdom and played an important role in the conquest of Granada from the Moors by Christian forces during the 15th century. During the Peninsular war of the early 1800’s the French won a major victory here. Today it is the commercial hub for a fertile agricutural area producing olive oil and wine. Europes richest lead mines are nearby and copper and iron are also extracted. The town Alcalá la Real is known it’s mineral springs. The Parque Natural de las Sierras de Cazorla, over 2,000 square kilometres, is the biggest protected are in Spain. Here you might see ibex, red or fallow deer and wild boar.

The city of Malaga was founded by the Phoenicians and passed through the hands of the Carthaginians, the Romans, the Visigoths and the Moors when it prospered as a major seaport for the kingdom. It finally fell to the Christian forces in 1487 Málaga is situated on the bay of Malaga and is a major port. Exports include the local wine, almonds, dried fruits, olives and iron ore. It’s beaches, luxurious vegitation and mild climate make it one of the world’s leading tourist destinations. Picasso was born in here and you will find a museum of his works.

Seville was important in Phoenician times and favoured by the Romans. It continued as the major city of southern Spain under the Visigoths. It fell to the Moors in 712 and became a prominent centre for culture and commerce. After a drawn out siege it was captured by the Christians in 1248. Some 300,000 Moors are reputed to have fled the city following it’s capture. Seville entered its greatest period of prosperity with the discovery of the Americas and was the main trading port with the new colonies. In 1718 a sandbar closed the port to shipping and Seville went into a steady decline. The French sacked the city in 1810. Throughout the civil war Seville was held by the Nationalists. Today Seville is both capital to the province and the region of Andalucia. Standing on the river Guadalquiver, which connects it to the Atlantic, it has returned to be a port of note accessible to ocean going vessels. Exports include minerals, cork, fruit, olives and wines. Armanents, chemicals, explosives, machinary, perfume, pharmaceuticals, porcelain, textiles and tobacco are all manufactured locally. It is a major cultural and tourist centre. Seville has kept much of its Moorish aspect and one of the world’s largest cathedrals occupies the site of a former mosque. The Giralda tower and the court of oranges remain from the original Moorish structure. You will also find the tomb of Christopher Columbus within the cathedral. The 14th century Alcazar, built by Moorish artisans stands next to the cathedral and is superseded only by Granada’s Alhambra Palace. It is recognized as Spain’s leading centre for bullfighting.

Toys R Us Closing All US Stores

After 6 decades, Toys R Us is closing all its US stores. They filed for bankruptcy about 6 months ago as they tried to pay down around $8 billion of debt. They were not successful in finding a suitor and it is reported that they stopped paying their suppliers. They also announced that they are planning on closing all their UK stores. A bid was made on their Canadian stores.

MGA Entertainment bid on the Toys R Us as well as as many as 400 of the US stores. In the bankruptcy file of September, Toys R Us owes MGA $21.3 million.

Toys R Us based in Wayne, NJ has been struggling for years to control their billions of debt. It has been a uphill battle due to competitors like Amazon, Walmart and Target. Toys R Us has been unable to find the right chemistry in order to draw in the customers that they did when the chain first started. In its hey day, they had a flagship store in New York’s Times Square. This store is now housing an Old Navy.

It’s a shame to see an iconic store fail but it is a sign of the times.

Crazy Little Town – Original Music

This song is about the Town I grew up in in Cambridgeshire UK.
Everyone knew each other and we all kinda got dragged I to each others business and family quarrels.
I have fond memories of live here and wanted to write a poem about it.
So here’s the only way I know how, in song.

Lyrics –

I missed the bus and I missed the train
and everything is still the same
if you take a look inside there is nowhere else to hide

in this crazy little town
everybody is getting down
to the things they gotta to do
they’re involving me and you

Everything remains the same
I think it’s time to make a change
the way we love and work and play
it’s got to change and change today

in this crazy little town
everybody’s getting down
to the things they’ve got to do
they’re involving me and you

the ones you leave behind
one day will find
you there upon the wall
with your head Held High and standing tall well then know you’ll never fall
cos you gotten out alive
and found some paradise
some Paradise

I miss the Boat and missed the plane and everything remains the same
if you take a look inside
there is nowhere else to hide

I hope you’re enjoying my new account and music uploads?
Cheers

For Blood and for country

It is truly beyond my abilities to express my gratitude and give my thanks to the military for their service to the world as they fight for our freedom. It is my hope that the following tribute will in part do that.

We are at war! While we enjoy our comfortable homes, food on the table and clean water to drink, thousands of brave men and women of the armed forces are defending our homeland in constant danger, lack of sleep, cold, wet, filth, dust, trenches, hunger and longing for home, so that we may enjoy our freedom. They have put their personal lives on hold, left their families, comfort and all they know to go to another country!

Terrorists are brutal murderers without conscience. It is their determination cause chaos at any cost and are currently infiltrating and targeting many strategic places of work, including government. They will be ready to strike again when the command is given just as they did with the Twin Towers. You can do your part to help prevent this again. We must be prepared.

We, who have been left at home can also defend our country and there are many ways to do that, first, by defending and supporting our troops. Families should support their sons and daughters in their decision to defend our country. Suspicious activities should be reported. The media should also be supportive. Think how we could lift our troop’s morale knowing they have our full support.

So the next time you are eating, drinking or having a wonderful evening of dancing, remember, remember who you owe that enjoyment to. Remember those families who kissed their sons and daughters good bye and had the heart wrenching experience of waving their heroes good bye; watching them until they are out of sight, not knowing when and if they will return. How can we ever repay our debt to these brave souls and their families? God bless and protect our heroes, our military men and women

Time – An original Song by Darren Claxton

Here’s my song ‘Time’

The light shines on your photo
Reflecting in your eyes
And I’m losing all my feelings
You know as time goes by

And I’m falling from my cradle
Straight into my grave
Oh I wanted you to be there
And call my name

To the world you are one person
To one person you are the world
And it really makes no difference
Now you’re not mine
Now you’re not mine

Why are things decided
In the blinking of an eye
It’s not the way we plan them
We just push things aside.

And I’m falling from my cradle
Straight into my grave
Oh I wanted you to be there
And call my name

To the world you are one person
To one person you are the world
And it really makes no difference
Now you’re not mine
Now you’re not mine

Thanks for listening!

Treat your neighbors right

What does it mean to show love to your neighbor? It means to treat them in ways you want others to treat you. The problem lies in the fact that people have self worth for themselves. Besides, many people do not know how they are meant to be treated. Some people also lack self respect for themselves. If you do not know how to treat your self right, you will not know how to treat your neighbor right.

The Bible encourages us to treat our neighbors right because that is what God expects from us (Zechariah 8:17).God wants us to love him before we can achieve that, we have to love our neighbors (1 John 4:20). If we cannot love our neighbors with whom we see with both eyes, how can we then claim that we love God.

A man had received his salary and went to dump it at the feet of his pastor, one day the pastor came to visit him and saw his whole family in abject poverty. He had to return the monies he had collected and encouraged him to take care of his family better first.

Which neighbors of yours have you treated badly?

Locate them today and make peace with them

Holy Spirit in the Church

Dear beloved, you need to have an understanding of the church, the body which you belong. The church consist of all regenerated souls, each one redeemed by the blood of Christ and transformed by the Holy spirit. Without the holy spirit, there will be no purifying church, for the Holy spirit is the sanctifying power of the church, which is the body of Christ.

Members of the body of Christ are expected to live a new life in Christ which is sustainable by the enabling power of the holy spirit. Therefore there is no subject that is of greater significance above the person and work of the holy spirit in the body of Christ.

If you are a member of the leadership of the church of Christ, you need to cooperate wit the body of Christ to solve the problems of individual members of the local assembly. That is the reason the holy spirit must be the best companion of everyone in the position of leadership . The Mission of the church is to prepare and make the body rapturable according to Ephesians 5:25-27. The church must look unto Christ and not unto person.

And for the members of the body of Christ to be glorious without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, then the Holy Spirit must be allowed to do the works of purification in a believer’s life, in preparation in preparation for the rapture. Are you a member of the body of Christ.

Milgram Experiment in Court

I will start off by describing the Milgram Experiment. This is an hallmark case study in psychology, in 1963 Stanley Milgram a psychologist at Yale conducted an experiment to understand the connect people have between obedience to authority and their conscience.

The basics of this experiment:

Use confederates as the person to be shocked and the person supervising the subject. A confederate is a person that is privy to the experiment.

The lab consists of two rooms separated by a one way window or mirror. In one room will be a fake machine that resembles the controls to a device that administers an electric charge. One of the controls allows the user to change the intensity of the charge and the other control enables the shock to be administered. There is panel with 4 lights labeled A, B, C and D. This panel illuminates the person’s (a confederate) answer, that person will be in the other room and can be seen through the one way window. In the subject’s room there will also be a supervisor (a confederate). The other room will have the person who will be wired with fake electrodes.

The experiment proceeds by the subject being told that the person in the other room is wired to electrodes controlled by the shock device. The subject will ask the person questions and the response will show up on the light bar. If the person gives a wrong answer, the subject will shock the person. After shocking the person, the subject will raise the level of the shock to be administered. The levels of the intensity are labelled ‘low’ and graduate up to ‘extremely dangerous’.

A Texas judge Gallagher was presiding over a trial of Morris. Morris the defendant was uncooperative and not complying to the judge’s orders. The defendant was fitted with an electric shock ankle belts, the court allows the use of shock vest when the defendant is a flight risk or a risk to others.

When the defendant was asked to submit his plea, the defendant refused, the judge ordered the bailiff to shock him. The judge again requested him to enter his plea and he refused. The judge had the bailiff administer another shock.

The judge ordered several shocks. The defendant was too scared to return to the courtroom and he was not present for the remainder of the trial. He alleged that he was being tortured.

The Texas Eighth Court of Appeals handed down a ruling addressing the judge’s actions. They ruled that judges are not permitted to shock defendants whom won’t answer questions or don’t follow the court’s rules of decorum.

hi….

am wemimo by name…am new here and I believe dis site is to help each other…my purpose for joining this steemit is dat,I av a problem which needs to be solve and d problem is dat..am facing some ramifications in life which over my power.
I had a boy and av being care for d boy till he is a years old with God help.and my Schl have to stopped their and I stopped with National Diploma (ND) and I wish to fulfill my goals and dreams by God Grace…pls consider my stories.

His ways are not our ways

Man most times is a logical being he acts on whatever seems right to his reasoning and his senses. He makes judgement based on rational thinking. But Isiah 55:6-11 tells us that God’s ways are not our ways, neither are His thoughts our thoughts. The way God sees is different from the way we see.

God sees the end from the beginning. While the disciples after Pentecost saw Paul as a major threats to the church, God looked at him and saw an apostle who will not carry the gospel to the Gentile nations but also one who would later write half of the new testament.

Examine yourself and the people around you. Have you wrongly judged them? Have you condemned someone who God is not yet done with? The Pharisees could see no better than a harlot in Mary Magdalene but Jesus saw differently. Later she would be the first person to witness the resurrection of the risen Lord.

This goes to prove that mans reasoning cannot be trusted. We must not judged by the sight as 2 Corinthians 5:7 has reminded us that we walk y faith and not by sight. We must be men and women who can accurately discern the judgement of God, choosing not to judge based on our senses, no matter how convincing the physical evidences may seem, but to trust the spirit of the Lord within us to guide our decisions.

Let us choose to be different from the world, let us make decisions discarding physical evidences and only hearken to the voice of the holy spirit within us.

That we may fulfill our days

Job 5:26-27 and Psalm 90:10

You can plainly see that these verses clearly defines that, it is Gods will or desire for every person to live at least 70 – 80 years upon the earth. In other words, every man is appointed the same number of years to live on earth which is clearly shown in God’s word a minimum of 70-80 years. Psalm 90:10 says “the days of your years are three score years and ten: and if by reason of strength they be 4 scores years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow, for it is soon cut off, and we flew away”

God’s will for us is to live a full life. It is not God’s will for our lives to be cut short in anyway. It is Gods will for you to live a minimum of 70-80 years. If you understand this truth yourself, then, Satan cannot deceive you and cut your life short by binding you with some terminal diseases. The word of God clearly teaches us that Satan is a liar and there is no truth in him.

We are to resist the and his lies and he will flee from us. But if we do not know the truth, then we can be deceived. God’s word tells us that “His people are destroyed for lack of knowledge”. Therfore SEARCH ir, KNOW it ( the word of God) it is for your good.

The truth of knowing that God has promised you a long, full, and satisfied life of no less than 70-80 years without a doubt will be a weapon in your hands in which, to successfully defeat any sickness, or disease the devil brings upon you, or any other lie the enemy is telling you.

You can boldly say “Satan it is written my days to live upon the earth are no less than 70-80 years, so, take the disease (name the disease) and every lying symptom from my body and my household, right now, by the power in the blood of Jesus”

Dear #steemitchurch if you stand up for what rightly belongs to you, that which God has freely given you, and resist Satan, and all his lying symptoms of sickness and diseases, then he and all his symptoms will have flee from you as it is written in the WORD OF TRUTH, the holy BIBLE.

SELFIE, WEFIE, GROUFIE, USSIE ?

Geomagnetic Storm to Hit Earth on March 18

Scientist at the Russian Academy of Sciences say that a huge magnetic storm is headed towards earth and they estimate that it will hit on March 18. The effects of the storm will cause some people to experience headaches and dizziness.

The disruption could affect GPS navigation devices, satellites and possibly power grids. They don’t believe that the storm will result in major problems just glitches. It is possible that the storm will make the auroras visible to areas that are further away from the poles and intensify the auroras closer to the poles.

A geomagnetic storm is usually the result of a CME, coronal mass ejection of the sun. A CME is created when an arc of excited gases on the surface of the sun ruptures, this will cause a jet of plasma to escape into space. If the sun spot is facing earth when the rupture occurs, the ejecta will be shot toward earth. Once the solar wave reaches earth, it will interact with the magnetosphere and the energy will flow towards the poles. If the magnitude of the wave is too large, the magnetosphere will not be able to the shield the earth from all of the energy.

Unbelievable Japan Book Part 3 -The End-

  1. Bidang Pemerintahan

So refreshing! ?

Unbelieveable Japan Book part 2

Oregon Legislature Ok’s Starving Mentally Ill

blank

Source: fellowshipoftheminds.com

First off I just want to express that this post is not meant to be political, it’s more of a moral issue.

The state of Oregon is on the slide down the slippery slope, first they legalized assisted suicides to active euthanasia of people without their consent. Now they approved the starving (to death) the mentally ill. Makes you wonder whom they will approve to be eliminated next.

On Feb. 27, 2018, Oregon’s senate passed HB 4135. This bill pave the way for healthcare representatives to remove access to food and water for patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s whom are not dying. The bottom line is that they approved starving them to death.

The chief sponsors of the bill are all democrats and one (tina kotek) openly professes to be a lesbian. I am not insinuating that lesbians are morally corrupt but it does hold true in this case.

A 4135 supporter, bill harris testified that he supports the bill because under the current law he can’s starve his wife.

Now that it’s been approved the bill will be forwarded to kate brown, Oregon’s (openly bisexual) governor. She is not pro life, so you can probably assume that the bill will be enacted.

Restless – Original Acoustic Music – by Darren Claxton

Sometimes, all that’s needed is a voice and instrument. I welcome you to sit back, put those headphones on and embrace this brand new song of mine.

Restless, no one needs my help
Lost, useless point of view
Fame, fortunate to prove
Found, these thoughts are so brand new

Stay, go and find your silly little self
Aware, have you lost your mind

I know, of people and places left to go
Are you, are you willing
And confident to prove
Since then, a little piece of my soul
Fell into, that hole
And planted up a resin to believe

Safe, sound asleep and well
Warm, inside out as well
Mad, angry that I let this in my head
Calm, down I’m feeling chilled!

I know, of people and places left to go
Are you, are you willing
And confident to prove
Since then, a little piece of my soul
Fell into, that hole
And planted up a resin to believe

Restless, no one needs my help….

Unbelieveable Japan Book

Baru selesai baca buku Unbelievable Japan by Weedy Koshino.

Membuatku jadi tambah kagum sama Jepang..

Beberapa hal menarik nih misalnya:

Why run when you can walk

There is a word that most overweight people dislike, it is a word that turns people off and makes their mind switch to another channel to avoid thinking about it. Unfortunately it is a key part to weight reduction and something that when done correctly can be the cause of your success.

The word is…………….. Exercise! Now stay with me here, switch your mind back on to what I am saying stay, in this same frame. The reason most overweight people do not like the ‘E’ word is because they have set up in their mind that in equals pain and like most people they will do anything to avoid pain.

There is a better way and you can find the better way when you begin to understand that there are different ‘types’ of exercise (hey, don’t disappear – stay with me now) At the lowest level there are 2 forms of exercise, these are; · Aerobic and · Anaerobic Aerobic exercise causes your heart and muscles to work very hard, pumping blood round your body at a high rate to get the oxygen to the muscles in order for them to keep working. A side effect of this is that it produces acid in your muscles, lactic acid to be precise.

It is this lactic acid that causes you muscles to stiffen up after you have finished, causing you pain. Lactic acid also stays in your system for a long time as your body finds it hard to break it down. If your body cannot break the acid down it wraps it up and stores it as fat! The main type of aerobic exercise that people do on a regular basis is running, yes this helps build fitness but if you want to reduce your weight you can only concentrate on building fitness once you get down to a sufficient weight. What you should concentrate on to start with is reducing your weight and nothing else, fitness comes later. This is where anaerobic exercise comes in.

Anaerobic exercise causes the heart to work harder than normal which still pushes the blood and oxygen around the body but does not work the muscles as hard and therefore does not create lactic acid. Further more anaerobic exercise helps in releasing stored fat and acid and helps it into the waste system so that the body can get rid of it. Remember you cannot ‘burn’ off your weight. The phrase ‘burning off calories’ is a myth! The weight you get rid of has to leave your body somehow and it is through your waste system that this happens. So, what is the best form of anaerobic exercise? I hear you ask Well, as the title of this article suggests it is walking.

My suggestion to you is that you walk for 1 ½ hours at least 3 times per week and that should be broken down into the following; · 15 minutes warm up walking at a pace slightly faster than your normal walking pace · 60 minutes walking at a high pace that gets your heart pumping · 15 minutes warm down walking at your normal walking pace.

If you cannot manage that to start with find your own level and start there and slowly build up to this level. Remember the warm up and warm down though as this is vital. Enjoy your walking.

Very soon, you will join us

I am very happy with this blog in addition to being able to fill the spare time, also can get rewards for additional income and this is something very very great.

In steemit I often follow logo design contests, photo editing, photography, and other contests. there are some contests I’ve won and some are not., that’s a contest there is a win there is a loser, it is a common thing, but I’m very happy what I’m doing is not in vain, I get additional income.

but my current constraint is that my laptop is in trouble, in a state of disrepair, and it seems like I have to buy new, so my activities in designing can be smooth. For buy a new laptop is not easy because the price is expensive let alone a laptop with graphic design specifications. To get it I have to try hard to earn money, maybe with the presence of blogs like #stishit and #steemit could help me to get a new laptop. I am sure with great effort I will get it.
